At Lamacchia Landscape Construction, it’s crucial to recognize individuals who go above and beyond each and every day to bring the company to the next level. We are so excited to share that three members of the company have been promoted! Rob MacDonald has been promoted to Project Manager, Matt Maguire has been promoted to Design & Estimating Manager, and Jackie Glover has been promoted to Office Manager.
Rob MacDonald joined LLC in 2021 and has an immense amount of experience in the industry. He has over 25 years of experience with landscaping/construction and holds a hoisting engineering license for operating heavy equipment. In this new role, Rob will oversee a variety of projects throughout the company, working closely with Joey Lamacchia, Vice President, and the rest of the crews in the field.
Matt Maguire joined LLC in February of this year designing plans for all jobs including patios, walkways, staircases, retaining walls, and more. Matt graduated from Keene State College with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture, and this combined with his 8 years of experience in the landscaping industry, gives him immense knowledge of the work he does. In his new role, Matt will work closely with Joey and Rob on all plans for jobs while assisting with estimates for new projects across the company.
Jackie Glover joined the company in March of this year and provides immense support for the entire company. Her attention to detail, strong communication skills, and knowledge of the work she does truly makes her stand out. In this new role, Jackie will continue to be on the front line, assisting with intaking new jobs, answering client questions, handling all administrative tasks, and so much more. Jackie will continue to work closely with everyone at LLC to ensure things run smoothly throughout the company.
