Details:
Installed an approx. 450 Sq Ft patio with Bristol Valley Paver, Steel Mountain Color by Unilock. The patio has a Copthorne border with a flare out for a grill. We also built a basement step, and repaired and skim-coated a basement wall.

This property in Wayland we recently completed received the full treatment. We started with planting arborvitaes throughout the property and installed a new lawn. We then installed a new bluestone walkway and staircase with veneers and topped off the outdoor transformation with new asphalt paving with cobblestone edging.

In addition to aesthetic, we buried all the downspouts in an underground drain. This asphalt driveway leads straight to the back patio we installed with pavers.

This project you see here took a year of planning!
Our customer had multiple old, rotted timber retaining walls that were falling down. His backyard was completely unusable.
We raised the land 15 inches, pushed the hill back giving him a 15-foot patio in the backyard and another patio area on the side and added some landscape lighting.
Now the backyard is fully functional and downright gorgeous.

Our client wanted an outdoor living space that was private, functional and of course aesthetically pleasing. Since there is a music school right behind the yard, we replaced the existing dead Blue spruce trees with new Serbian ones creating a privacy and noise barrier.
We then created a space with what was once an unutilized side yard to make room for:
- 2 bluestone patios
- Pergola
- Granite steps
- Concrete pad for a jacuzzi
These hottub/jacuzzi pads are becoming more standard as you need something incredibly stable and secure as a foundation beneath any hot tub type feature.
We’d say their outdoor oasis is complete

Over in Newton a customer of ours had a broken up old concrete walkway and staircase.
We re-built the staircase out of cinderblock and concrete, then faced it with brick risers and bluestone treads. Then re-built the walkway using Bluestone and swapped out their back wooden deck for a bluestone patio with a sitting wall around it.
We then buried their downspouts into a dry well so they wouldn’t have to deal with any standing water or puddling around the foundation and last but certainly not leat, sod the front lawn, along with plantings on both front beds.
