Freddy was born and raised in Jutiapa, Guatemala. He started in Landscape Construction 20 years ago, shortly after coming to the United States. As the number one machine operator it is no surprise that his favorite part of the job is operating all the machinery Lamacchia Landscape uses on their projects. In addition, he runs the excavation crew, but still handles some hardscaping such as patios and retaining walls. As an excavation specialist he gets the jobs ready for the masons. Freddy’s calm nature and strong work ethic has shown through day after day in each project he is part of.
